On This Day ~ Relaxation Day

Relaxation Day is a day to kick back and do nothing! Take a moment
to enjoy life!

Americans are busier than ever, whether it be work and/or family.  Face it . . . our stresses consume us.  There never seems to be a day just to kick back and relax.  If this is you, then maybe Relaxation Day is a day to look forward to.  Put it on your calendar & make a date with yourself!  Don't break it.  Say NO to any other commitments that come your way.  We need to provide ourselves a break from the craziness of our busy work and personal schedules.  Use today to enjoy absolutely nothing & relax, or partake in your favorite relaxation activity.

Today's rule . . . avoiding stressful activities.  That means no stressing about your clutter or organizing your clutter.  Just take a day off from the anxiety & enjoy the simple things in life!

Some ideas to enjoy on Relaxation Day:
  • Do NOTHING today
  • Take a walk
  • Go for a bike ride
  • Go to a Spa
  • Go to a yoga class
  • Go fishing
  • Play a round of golf
  • Take a bubble bath
  • Spend the day at the beach
  • Go to the  movies
  • Do a little gardening
  • Have a picnic in the park
