I love many Family Central ideas that are out there! This one that I found is simple & anyone can do it (and quickly!)
Each child has a board & mom can have one too. Post all field trip slips, lunch calendars, school calendars, flyers, reminders, etc. This puts everything front and center. This system just requires a quick tidy up at the end of the month. When you get the new lunch calendar you can through away expired calendars and notices.
Mom's bulletin board can have a yoga schedule, coupons, reminders, etc.
