One This Day ~ Small Business Week

The Second Week In June is Small Business Week.  Hats off all of you small business owners!!!  Being a small business owner is very challenging.  Not only do you have to be good at the thing you went into business for, but you also have to juggle other roles within the business like: marketing, bookkeeping, secretary etc.  I know that some of these things can seem a little overwhelming.

Here are a few suggestions that will make it easier for you to stay on top of everything while you enjoy the pleasures of working for yourself.

  • Just because your a business owner doesn't mean you have to do everything yourself. Don't have any employees?  That's ok, contact professionals to guide you in your business dealings.  Networking works wonders in this area.
  • Make sure to schedule some uninterrupted time in your week to work on marketing, product development, planning etc.  But it on your calendar & don't break your own appointment!
