We are bombarded with commercials every day. Commercials tempt us to buy more STUFF. Stuff we don't need & stuff that overruns our lives.
Try spending the rest of the week without watching TV. Maybe it will give you more time with your kids, wife/husband or maybe even more time to craft, read a book, work on the house or maybe even time to declutter your life.

Make a list of all the things you would like to do, if only you had more TIME. Pick one activity from your list for each day of your week without television.
